  • One BIG post!!

    I was running late this morning. Got up with a half an hour to get ready and out the door.

    Had no time for breakfast. By the time I got home around 11:30, I was starving!!!

    Lunch:

    Today I was just having one of those I dont want to cook days. I really didn't feel like fussing around at all. Thanks to kashi (love this brand) I had dinner ready in under 5 minutes!!

    Kashi rice pilaf (pop in microwave for a minute and finished) and Large garden salad on side

    Pumpkin butter, white and dark chocolate chips on rice cake, chocolate raspberry chips, and two prunes

    So there you have it.

    Tomorrow will be ANOTHER busy day!!! TGIF : ) i have to get up at 5:30 :(, I have to get to school early tomorrow because I have my first test that HAS to be take before class tomorrow. it takes me about 30-40 minutes to get to school so it should be FUN

    Tomorrow I'm going to also make a post about my plan. i.e food/exercise. just let you know what i'm doing to get or healthy anf fit. Also my story. Let you know who I really am

    Have lots of homework to get done before tomorrow and its almost 9:40. See you all tomorrow

  • Today I was hungry ALL day or maybr bored? Like I said earlier it was totally sick outside today. I did not want to go out for any reason. I think just sitting around all day and not really doing anything productive caused me to eat more that I would have liked to.

    I had some crackers with spinach dip. I Love spinach dip so much, if i would have allowed myself to I'm sure I could have ate the whole tub.

    After that it was around 4. I really wanted to raid the fridge but instead took a shower. When ever I need to distract myself from something I will do this. weird I know but its my time to pamper myself. plus it was extremely cold today in my apartment and i had the heat up to 80.

    Soy ice cream while watching roseanne :) Love this show. (One of these containers is 4 servings with 150 cals per serving. I ate 3 and almost ate the entire thing!!! Won't be having this again for a while) but it was really good : ) I'm not mad. I've done worse

  • It so nasty out today. I hate it!! The one day I get off all week and its raining out. So today I did a big nothing so far. I've been laying around watching roseanne all day. I really cant wait till it gets nicer out. I'm sick of weather that make you want to sleep all day or lay around. Any one else get the same way when its not bright and sunny out?

  • Snack # 1

    I have class from 6-10 (normally leave a hour early) so I don't eat dinner till around 9 or 9:30. On the way to class I had this

    A 100 calorie packs cheesecake delight bar. (it was just ok. i wouldn't buy it again)

    So once I got home I was starving!!!

    Leftovers from yesterday. This was soo good. Veggie Mac and Asparagus on the side

    On my way home from school I stoped at the store to pick up some coffee filters and I just had to walk around a see what they had. I have been craving ice cream for a long time but I'm a vegetarian so milk products are out. Well look what I found...

    Soy ice cream bars : ) and only 100 calories for one. Perfect way to end the day.

  • " If i break my habits and shake up my day a bit, I will gain new impressions and understandings"

    Late start today!! I didn't get up till 12. What is going on? I never sleep this late. I went to bed last night before 10 too. I hate when I sleep the day away. I feel like im missing out on life. Normally when I get up late I still have breakfast foods but not today, I decided to change it up and have lunch.

    Now for the food : )
